Kimco sees coal production to remain flat

East Kalimantan coal miner PT Kimco Armindo plans to produce 1 million tons of coal this year, equal to last year?s output, a company official said.

General Manager Kim Kwang Beum told Petromindo.Com on Wednesday that all coal output will be exported to South Korea.

The company produces coal with CV of 6,000 Kcal/kg (ADB).

Kimco operates a coal mine in Tenggarong Seberang, Kutai Kartanegara regency with area concession of 4,000 Ha. It started production in 2006 (denny)
