Kingrose names new CFO

ASX-listed Kingsrose Mining Limited announced on Wednesday the appointment of Matthew Smith as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective Jan. 28, 2014.

Smith, is a chartered accountant with over 11 years' experience in the resources industry specializing in finance, taxation and corporate governance. Smith was most recently the deputy Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Indonesian focused Straits Resources Limited.

Kingsrose Managing Director Scott Huffadine said that the addition of Smith to the executive team is a real asset to the Company particularly given his excellent understanding of the Indonesian operating environment and extensive experience in financial and operational management.

Kingsrose Mining Limited is a gold producer that owns 85 percent of the Way Linggo Project in South Sumatra.
