For Bituminous Coal for Boryeong Thermal Power Plant

2. Material and Quantity to be Procured
> Material : Bituminous Coal
> Quantity : 1,000,000MT per annum
- Bidders shall offer at least 375,000MT up to a total of 1,000,000MT.

3. Term of the Contract : April 1, 2006 ~ March 31, 2009

4. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

5. Deadline for Bidding : 3:00 p.m. on March 13, 2006 (Korean Standard Time).

6. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
