The total target quantity of coal to be purchased is at least 260,000 Metric Tons for SEPC.2 per year.

The coal shall be delivered at each (un-)loading port for each specification as listed below with the following delivery periods. ;

SPEC: Spec 2 NCV min. 4,600kcal/kg

Quantity (per year): 260,000 tonnes

Delivery Period (Loading Basis): April. 2012 ~ December 2014(Min. 3 years ~ Max. 5 years) For Dangjin power plant [all shipments of first year shall be delivered within Q2-Q4 in 2012]

The total target quantity of coal to be purchased is at least 390,000 Metric Tons for SEPC.1, at least 260,000 Metric Tons for SPEC. 3-1 and at least 195,000 Metric tons for SEPC 2. The coal shall be delivered at each (un-)loading port with the following shipment schedule. ;

SPEC 1: Guaranteed NCV more than 5,600kcal/kg (NCV min 5,500kcal/kg)

Quantity: 390,000 tonnes

Shipment Schedule (Loading basis):Feb. 10th, 2012 to March, 2012 (For Dangjin Power Plant)

SPEC 3-1: Guaranteed NCV more than 5,200kcal/kg (NCV min 5,100kcal/kg)

Quantity:260,000 tonnes

Shipment Schedule (Loading basis):
Jan. 22th, 2012 to Feb. 2nd, 2012 (Loading Basis) Or Feb. 24th, 2012 to March. 4th, 2012 (Unloading Basis) 130,000 tonnes For Honam Power Plant

Feb. 18th, 2012 to Feb. 29th, 2012 (Loading Basis)
Or March.19th, 2012 to March. 28th, 2012 (Unloading Basis) 130,000 tonnes For Honam Power Plant

SPEC 2: (NCV min 4,600kcal/kg)

Quantity: 195,000 tonnes

Shipment Schedule (Loading basis): Feb.20th, 2012 to March, 2012 (For Dangjin Power Plant)

Bidders are requested to offer in lots of 60,000 (for shipment from China, Indonesia, Russia) to 70,000 tonnes or 130,000 tonnes (for shipment from Australia, Canada, South Africa, USA, Columbia and etc.) for each spec. mentioned in clause 1.2 on both FOBT and CFR price. The bid offered by either FOBT price or CFR price only can be disqualified. However, for the SPEC 3-1, the bids for Russian coal are not allowed.
