Regarding to the early submission of mine's cetificates, New Bidders have to translate those documents into Korean version respectively which should be attached. And, in order to identify the mining company's intention to supply coal to KOSPO through New Bidders, New Bidders shall refer the information of contact point in the mining company in the above documents.
