2. Materials, Quantity and Delivery Schedule to be Procured

o Materials : Anthracite Coal

o Quantity
The quantity of coal to be purchased is 20,000MT. Bidders offer up to a total of 20,000MT in lots of 5,000MT.

o Delivery Schedule
Bidders shall deliver the coal to the Donghae Port(DDP basis) in accordance with the following schedule:
Destination: Donghae port
Quantity(MT): 20,000
Discharging Schedule: December 10, 2007 ~ January 25, 2008

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding : 3:00 p.m. on November 8, 2007 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
