Kospo seeks 300,000 tons of spot coal

South Korean power generating company Korea Southern Power Company (KOSPO) is seeking to procure 300,000 tosn of spot coal for April-June shipment.

We issue a spot tender for the steaming coal of the Hadong power plant as follows:

1. Bid No. : KOSPO-Coal-2004-SP04

2. Quantity : 300,000MT

- Bidders can offer at least 60,000MT on the both FOBT and CFR price

3. Procurement method : International Open Bidding

4. Delivery Schedule : April 20 thru June 20, 2004

5. Deadline of bidding : 5:00 PM on Monday March 29, 2004

6. Qualification : Coal producers, marketing companies or trading companies
