KPC awaits permit to tender ?assets?

East Kalimantan coal mining giant PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) is waiting for government permit to dispose or donate its unused ?assets? including old cars and computers.

?We have asked for the permit to the directorate of coal and mineral management (at the ministry of energy and mineral resources) to tender or donate the assets,? KPC external relations manager Mochammad Chairul was quoted by the Suara Karya daily as saying on Tuesday.

He added that the company had been for the permit for one year now, and no words yet from the government.(*)
