KPK to supervise Pertamina?s projects

The top leaders of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) have held a meeting to discuss efforts to prevent corruption at the firm?s projects.
Pertamina?s board members, led by President Director Dwi Soetjipto, were received by KPK?s leaders, led by Chairman Agus Rahardjo, at KPK?s office on Thursday, Pertamina?s spokesperson Wianda Pusponegoro said in a statement.
During the meeting, both parties agreed to coordinate and supervise the firm?s strategic projects in order to prevent corruption and create sustainable and comprehensive improvement in energy governance from upstream to downstream sector, Wianda added.
