Krakatau Daya Listrik: Prequalification for generation and supply of electricity 300-MW coal fired steam power plant

1. PT Krakatau Daya Listrik called ?KDL? who supplies the electricity to PT Krakatau Steel and other customers in Kawasan industri Cilegon, hereby invites for Pre-qualification for Project of Generation and Supply of Electricity to KDL, with specification below:

KDL intend to Pre-qualify parties as Bidder candidates of national or internationally recognized company or parties to form a consortium, who is engaged in the area of Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, Financing, and Coal Supply, and meet the criteria specified in the Pre-qualification process.

3. The Scope of Work shall be on a Turnkey basis with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) scheme for 30 (thirty) years concession period.

4. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) of the Project would be maximum 30 months for the first unit and would be maximum 36 months for complete units from the signing date of the Contract.

5. Pre-qualification document will be available and can be collected during Feb 13- 23, 2007 upon registration with the Interest Letter for Participation and after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp. 5.000.000,- (five million rupiahs) at the following address:
