KrisEnergy launches IPO in Singapore

Independent upstream oil, gas firm KrisEnergy Ltd., an upstream company focused on the exploration and production of oil and gas in Southeast Asia, announced on Friday that it has registered the prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore in connection with its initial public offering (IPO).
The company said in a press statement on Friday that it offers investors access to a growing oil and gas company in Southeast Asian region, where it has a diverse portfolio comprising 14 contract areas.

We have spent the last few years successfully building our asset base and moving our discoveries up the development and value pipeline. The injection of new capital will allow us to continue pursuing our focused strategy of discovering hidden value in significant assets to bring oil and gas to market.?
KrisEnergy owns stakes in various oil and gas assets in Indonesia including the Bulu PSC (42.5 percent), East Muriah PSC (50 percent), East Seruway PSC (100 percent), Glagah-Kambuna TAC (25 percent), Kutai PSC (54.6 percent), Tanjung Aru PSC (43 percent), and Udang Emas PSC (100 percent)
