KrisEnergy opens tender for FEED at Lengo gas field

KrisEnergy (Satria) Ltd., a unit of SGX-listed KrisEnergy Limited unveiled Wednesday pre-qualification tender for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) work at the Lengo gas field in Bulu PSC, offshore East Java.
Interested companies are invited to participate in the pre-qualification process for tender of the following service:

Registration Requirements:
1. Interested company must submit a Request Letter to Participate in Pre-Qualification signed by its authorized director (stating address and contact details) to KrisEnergy?s Bid Committee and collect the Pre-Qualification Form at the address stated above on Thursday, 08 January 2015, between 10.00 hours - 15.00 hours.
2. A fully completed Pre-Qualification Form must be submitted to KrisEnergy on Tuesday, 13 January 2015 between 09.00 hours - 15.00 hours.
3. The minimum Local Content required: Thirty Five Percent (35%)
4. This invitation to pre-qualify for the tender process is not an invitation to tender.
KrisEnergy said it is neither committed nor obligated to undertake or complete this Pre-Qualification process or the work described or to issue any call for tender or to Include any respondent to this invitation or other company on any tender lists, or to award any form(s) of contract. The invitation to tender and full tendering information will be sent only to companies that have been pre-qualified. KrisEnergy will not make any form of payment for submissions presented In response to this invitation.
KrisEnergy is the operator of the Bulu PSC with a 42.5 percent working interest and is partnered by AWE Limited with 42.5 percent, PT Satria Energindo with 10 percent and PT Satria Wijayakusuma with 5 percent.
The company announced in December that the government of Indonesia has approved the plan of development (PoD) for the Lengo gas field.
The Bulu PSC covers 697 sq. km in three separate areas ? Bulu A, Bulu B and Bulu C ? over the East Java Basin in water depths of 50 to 60 metres. The Lengo gas discovery is located in the Bulu A area and will be developed via four development wells and an unmanned wellhead platform. A 20-inch, 65-km export pipeline will transport the gas directly to shore. Production is anticipated to commence approximately 24 months after the joint-venture partners declare final investment decision and is expected to plateau at 70 million cubic feet per day.
