KS Energy sets up new EPC subsidiary

Singapore-listed KS Energy Limited announced it has formed a new Indonesian subsidiary called PT Globaltech Systems Engineering, whose principal activity is the provision of EPC services to the oil and gas industry.
KS Energy holds a 95 percent stake in the new company, while the remainder 5 percent interest is held by PT Citra Agramasinti Nusantara, the company said in a statement obtained by Petromindo.com Thursday.
