KS Orka postpones drilling in Sokoria geothermal project

SGX-listed KS Orka Renewables Pte Ltd has postponed drilling an exploration well at the 30 MW Sokoria geothermal power plant project in Flores, according to an official of the firm.
KS Orka initially planned to drill the well end of March of this year.
"(The drilling) not yet started, there are some obstacles such as bad weather a few months ago, so the schedule is delayed," KS Orka Spokeswoman Syahrini said to Petromindo.com.
She did not give detail when drilling will commence.
KS Orka owns 95 percent interest in the Sokoria geothermal project, while the remainders are held by Bakrie and Xped.
