KS Orka prepares exploration drillin in Sokoria geothermal project

SGX-listed KS Orka Renewables Pte Ltd is set to soon drill an exploration well at the 30 MW PLTP Sokoria geothermal power plant project in Flores.
?The plan is for early this year, now the team is preparing for the exploration drilling,? said KS Orka Spokeswoman Syahrini to Petromindo.com on Thursday.
Syahrini said that once the exploration drilling is completed, it will be immediately followed with well testing as the exploration period nearly expires.
She added that the exploration program will then be followed with exploitation drilling.
KS Orka owns 95 percent interest in the Sokoria geothermal project, while the remainders are held by Bakrie and Xped.
