Kupang solar power plant ready for operation

PT Len Industri has completed the construction of a 5 MW solar power plant in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, Bisnis Indonesia reported on Wednesday.
The paper quoted Len President Director Abraham Mose as saying that the power plant is ready for operation. The company hopes President Joko Widodo would be able to inaugurate the plant prior to its official operation.
Construction of the Rp 125 billion power plant started around March 2014, and was completed early December 2015. Electricity from the plant would be sold to state-owned power company PT PLN. (*)
