Chairman of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association Bob Kamandanu said that the lack of data on coal reserve has hampered efforts in luring investors in the sector.
"It's seriously disturbing. How can investors know about the projection of Indonesia in the next several years," he told Petromindo.com.
He has been receiving complaints on the matter from investors since five years ago.
Indonesia has got credit rating upgrade to investment grade from Moody's and Fitch's recently, which is helping in luring global funds entering the country.
