Lancarjaya obtains $119m coal transport contract from Bharinto

General contractor company PT Lanjarjaya Mandiri Abadi has obtained a US$119 million coal transport contract from PT Bharinto Ekatama, a subsidiary of IDX-listed coal miner PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk.
Under the three-year contract, signed in recent months, Lancarjaya will transport 11 million tons of coal overland from Bharinto?s Biyangan mine in West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, to the Bunyut Port, said Lanjarcaya President Director Dinas Sebayang on Monday.
He said that his company will transport 3 million tons of coal in the first year, and another 3 million tons in the second, and 5 million tons in the final third year of the contract.
