Upstream authority SKK Migas has submitted the Plan of Development (PoD) on the Lemang block in Jambi and Riau, partly owned by IDX-listed Sugih Energy Tbk to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) for approval.
?It (PoD) was received by the ministry last week. I have a copy of it. We are now setting schedules for a site visit and hold socialization campaign with the Jambi government,? Djoko Siswanto, the ministry?s Director of Upstream Business Oversight, told Petromindo.com on Tuesday.
Based on volumetric study conducted by international petroleum expert De Golyer & Mac Naughton (D & M), the Lemang Blocks has an estimated 511 million barrels of oil and 467 cubic feet of gas (gross recoverable prospective resources), Sugih Energy once said.
Sugih Energy 49% participating interest for Lemang Block through its subsidiary Eastwin Global Investment Ltd., while SGX-listed Ramba Energy Limited, through its local subsidiary Hexindo Gemilang Jaya, holds a 51 percent working interest in the Lemang block as the operator.
