Lemigas obtains OHSAS-18001 certificate

Center for Research & Development of Oil & Gas Technology (PPPTMGB) Lemigas has recently received an Occupational Health and Safety Assessment System (OHSAS-18001) certificate from PT TUV International Indonesia.
?The OHSAS-18001 certification recognizes that Lemigas has established and implemented world-class systems, procedures and standards for its activities,? said Nenny Sri Utami, head of research & development at the ministry of energy.
Nenny added the certification is very important as effective guide for oil and gas industry which involves high risk investment and high tech operation to carry out their policies and meet their objectives. (godang)
