Lionmesh to build new plant

IDX-listed wire mesh producer PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk, a subsidiary of Malaysia?s Lion Group, plans to expand its production facility in Sidoarjo, East Java, by building a new plant, Kontan reported on Thursday.
The paper quoted company President Director Lawer Supendi as saying that the firm as acquired the necessary land for the new plant, which would increase production capacity by 5 percent to nearly 50,000 tons per year.
He did not provide further details about the new planned project. (*)
