In addition to Taboneo anchorage, coal loading at Muara Satui anchorage has apparently also been disrupted by bad weather.
Port authority said to Petromindo.com on Friday that bad weather has disrupted loading activities at Muara Satui for almost a week.
"All (barges and floating cranes)are waiting in the shade. Let's hope things will get to normal next week," he said.
It was known that Arpeni's Floating Cranes are also cast-off due to the bad weather. All three units were known to be deployed by coal miner PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA) and trading firm Virema Impex to work on their coal.
Cargo from TIA will be exported to China while cargo from Viramex to India on capsize and panamax type of vessel, respectively.
