Lundin?s Indonesian liquids production down in Q3

Swedish oil and gas exploration and production company Lundin Petroleum AB reported Tuesday its Indonesian net production and sales dropped to 207,282 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) and 176,947 boe in the third quarter of 2004 compared to 231,978 boe and 265,111 boe in the same quarter last year.

In its quarterly report, Lundin said realized price for sales in Indonesia for the third quarter was US$39.26 per boe or 52 percent up from US$25.79 per boe in the corresponding period of 2003.

Lundin?s liquids productions come from its participating interest in Salawati Basin production sharing contract (25.9 percent) and Salawati Island join operating body (14.4 percent), which are located in Papua Province. Both blocks are operated by PetroChina. (robert)
