Machribie resigns from Intrepid Mines

ASX-listed Intrepid Mines Ltd announced Monday that Adrianto Machribie Reksohadiprodjo has resigned from its board of directors effective since March 1, 2014.

Machribie joined the board in November of 2011 as non-executive director and from early 2012 provided consulting services to the company?s Indonesian operations.

Intrepid last month signed binding agreements to settle ownership disputes of the Tujuh Bukit copper/gold project in Indonesia, which will result in the company receiving US$80 million in cash for selling its interest in the project. The agreements are subject to Intrepid shareholder approval being obtained at a meeting expected to be held in early April.
