Malaysia’s Oilcorp eyeing Indonesian energy market

Malaysian-listed firm Oilcorp Berhad announced Friday that it had entered into a MoU with local firm Energi Utama to invest in various energy projects in Indonesia.

According to the company’s release, the MOU sets out Oilcorp's interest to invest in Indonesia, particularly in the oil and gas (both upstream and downstream activities) sector, power generation sector and any other projects and opportunities.

The role of Energi Utama is to jointly cooperate with Oilcorp to invest in various projects in Indonesia.(alex)
