Malaysia’s TH Group establishes Indonesian mining services unit

Malaysian firm TH Group said its subsidiaries, Tracpower Sdn Bhd ( TSB) and Sunshine Paradigm Sdn Bhd (SSP), had jointly established an Indonesian subsidiary, PT Sunshine Indonesia (SSI).
In a statement released Friday, TH Group said SSI would engage in contracting services, including construction, project management, coal mining and other contracting related services.
TH Group is involved in plantations, construction, healthcare, and information technology business in Malaysia. (Robert)
