Mandiri Intiperkasa plans for an IPO

The company did not decide on a precise time for the IPO but for sure it will be within next year. Mandiri also has not appointed an underwriter yet, the source said without giving further details.
Mandiri Intiperksa is targeting to produce 3.5-4 million tonnes of coal this year. The mine has a second generation CCoW and is located in Nunukan and Tanah Tidung regency. The calorific value of the coal is 5,200 kcal/kg (GAR).
Mandiri Intiperkasa is owned by PT Harapan Mandiri Utama with 50% stake, with Eddy Sugianto and Eka Sinto Kasih holding 30% and 20% stake, respectively.
Mandiri Group is a diversified company doing business in coal mining contractor, heavy equipment rental, general trading, general contractor and transportation etc. (denny)
