Manhattan Resources sets up Indonesian units

Singapore Exchange-listed firm Manhattan Resources Limited announced on Thursday its wholly-owned subsidiary DLM Marine Pte. Ltd., had on 31 December 2009, set up two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Indonesia.
The first unit called PT MR Resources will be involved in land transportation relating to mining activities and the second one called PT MR EMAS will have principal activity in mining project management, the company said.
Each of the company has paid-up share capital of US$200,000 comprising 200,000 shares. (alex)
