MAS ships 180,000 tons of coal in April

IDX-listed PT ATPK Resources Tbk has shipped 180,000 tons of coal during April 2013 from its coal unit PT Mega Alam Sejahtera (MAS) in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, down compared to the previous month?s 170,000 tons, the company has said.
The company is selling its coal under an offtake deal to Balikpapan-based coal mining firm PT Bara Jaya Utama. MAS produces coal with CV 4500-5100 kcal/kg (ADB).
Throughout the whole 2012 year, the company produced 850,000 tons of coal. The company is hoping to produce around 1.5 million tons of coal in this year.
