MBSS enters coal transhipment deal with Borneo Indobara

Integrated coal transport & logistics services company PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati (MBSS) and South Kalimantan coal miner PT Borneo Indobara entered into an agreement to load and transport coal by barges from loading facilities at Bunati and Abidin jetty ports at Satui, South Kalimantan to the transshipment point.
A guaranteed minimum amount of coal from Borneo is 1.2 million tonnes a year . The deal is effective from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
CCOW holder of Borneo Indobara is coal unit of Sinarmas Group?s PT Golden Energy Mines (GEMS). (denny)
