MDA-MBH gas fields to supply Petrokima Gresik-2

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Jero Wacik has set an allocation of 85 bbtud of gas for fertilizer producer PT Petrokimia Gresik-2 from the MDA-MBH gas fields within the Madura Strait PSC in East Java, an industrial source said.
The source told Petromindo.com that the duration of the gas supply will span for 9 years.
The MDA-MBH fields are currently undergoing development with first production scheduled for the second quarter of 2016.
The source said that Petrokimia Gresik and operator Husky Oil are still working on a heads of agreement (HoA), with signing expected to take place later in November.
