Medco buys stake in trading, shipping firm

JSX-listed energy firm PT.Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. through its unit PT. Medco Sarana Balaraja has purchased 28.375 percent shares of PT Trada International for US$ 12.3 million. Medco has paid in full amount on August 10, 2007, the company said in a release.
According to the company, Trada is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with core business in trading and shipping. (alex)
