Medco completes merger of drilling subsidiaries

JSX listed oil and gas firm Medco Energi Internasional Tbk said on Tuesday that it had completed merger process of its two drilling subsidiaries PT Apexindo Pratama Duta and PT Medco Antareja.
Medco?s corporate secretary Sugiharto in its report to SEC said that Medco held 86.16 percent shares in PT Apexindo Pratama Duta, the surviving company.
Earlier, Sugiharto said that Medco planned to list the company in JSX and/or overseas exchange. (alex)
