Medco considering $150M bond issue

PT Medco Energi International Tbk is considering issuing bonds worth between US$100 million to $150 million to fund expansion projects, Bisnis Indonesia reported Thursday, quoting investor relations head Thendri Suprianto.
"We are seriously considering a dollar bond issue," Suprianto was quoted as saying.
He said the current bullish oil market is supportive of such a plan.
"We prefer dollar bonds than rupiah because our revenue is in dollars," he said. (*)
