Medco Energi Mining reports Q2 coal output of 300,000 tons

PT Medco Energi Mining Internasional, a unit of IDX-listed energy concern PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, said that coal production at its Nunukan concessions in East Kalimantan reached 300,000 tons in the second quarter of this year.
The company said in a statement to IDX obtained last weekend that with the second quarter production performance, it was optimistic to achieve full-year production target of 600,000 tons.
The company through subsidiaries PT Duta Tambang Sumber Alam and PT Duta Tambang Rekayasa owns two coal concessions in Nunukan, East Kalimantan.
