Medco farms out E. Kalimantan exploration block

JSX-listed oil firm Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. said on Saturday it had clinched deal to sell part its interest in Bengara I PSC offshore exploration block in East Kalimantan to Thailand?s PTTEP.
Medco E&P president Loekman Mahfoedz declined to give further detail on the farm out deal.Medco E&P is a unit of Medco Energi.
Medco has 95 percent working interest in the block. (godang)
