Medco named Lukman Mahfoedz as new boss

IDX-listed oil, gas firm PT Medco Energi International Tbk?s general shareholders meeting has appointed Lukman Mahfoedz, which was previously the company?s operation director as a president director for 2011-2013 period, replacing Darmoyo Doyoatmojo, the company said on Thursday.

Medco?s shareholders also named Syamsurizal Munaf as a new finance director replacing Cyril Noerhadi and Frila Berlini Yaman as new operation director.

The shareholders also agreed to distribute dividend US$0.00748 per share or about $21.998 million, which will be distributed on July 1, 2011. (denny)
