Medco sets up new power subsidiary

IDX-listed energy company PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk has set up a new subsidiary called PT Medco Power Generation Indonesia.

Medco Energi newly-appointed President Director Hilmi Panigoro told Petromindo.com on Wednesday that former company president director Lukman Mahfoedz has been appointed to lead the new subsidiary, which is tasked to develop the group?s power plant projects.
