Medco signs MoU with ministry

Upstream company PT Medco E&P Indonesia signed on Monday a MoU with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources? Human Resources Development Agency on cooperation in the development of human resources in the energy and mineral resources sector.
Medco E&P said in a statement that the MoU was signed by company President Director Ronald Gunawan, and Head of the ministry?s Human Resources Development Agency, IGN Wiratmaja Puja, which was also witnessed by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ignasius Jonan.
?The MoU is aimed at increasing the competency of human resources in the energy and mineral resources to that (they) can support the development all Medco E&P?s oil and gas block,? Ronald said.
Medco E&P, a subsidiary of IDX-listed energy firm PT Medco Energi International Tbk, in the past has also engaged the ministry in helping to develop the skills of its human resources.
