JSX-listed oil, gas firm Medco Energi Internasional Tbk said on Thursday Fariz-3 well in its South Sumatra Extension (SSE) Block in South Sumatra flowed 1,000 barrels of oil per day.
SSE General manager Pudjo Soemarno said that the well was drilled to the depth of 5,000 feet. Medco drilling report released earlier this week said that the well would be suspended as oil/gas well.
Medco has 100 percent working interest in SSE block trough its wholly owned subsidiary Medco E&P. (godang)
