Medco updates C. Kalimantan PSC exploration activity

Background
The Senoro-Toili Block is located in the Central Sulawesi Province, which is operated by JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi (JOB P-MTS). The shares are 50% Pertamina and 50% PT Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi. This block was taken over from JOB Pertamina - ARCO - UTTI in 2000. This block has 1 (one) oil producer of Tiaka Field, 1 (One) oil & gas discovery field of Cendanapura and 1 (one) gas field of Senoro. Kolo (Tiara) and Pandaoke (Grupa) fields are Prospect areas. Senoro and Cendanapura fields are located in the island of Sulawesi, whilst others are offshore
Exploration Activities
Activities
On June 2010, the Company 2-D Seismic High Resolution Survey in Kolo (Tiara) 9 lines ?133.7km and Pandaoke (Grupa) 3 lines ? 66.8 km. The Company has Acquired 200.5 km.
Result
Currently, Pre Stack Time Migration (PSTM) and Pre Stack Depth Migration (PSDM) are being processed by the Company.
Next Plan
The Company plans to Study of Seismic Inversion, Attribute & AVO and Study of Basin Modelling.
Costs
Total seismic cost as of end of June 2010 was US$840,000. (ends)
