EXPLORATION / APPRAISAL WELLS

Gesang-1
Gesang-1 is located in Merangin Block, Jambi. The operator is PT Medco E&PMerangin. Medco?s shared in this block is 41% through PT Medco E&PMerangin.
The status of the well is continuing shut in.
The next plan is continue testing.

Anyelir-1
Anyelir-1 is located in South Sumatera Extension Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100% through PT Medco E&P Indonesia.
The status of the well waiting for service rig to complete the well.
The next plan is testing.

Fariz-3
Fariz-3 is located in South Sumatera Extension Block, South Sumatera The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100%through PT Medco E&P Indonesia.
The status of the well is continue shut in well for pressure build up, whileevaluate drawdown test results.
The next plan is terminate test, suspend the well as oil/gas well.

Resik-1
Resik-1 is located in Tuban Block, East Java. The operator is Petrochina International. Medco?s shared in this block is 25% through PT Medco E&PTuban.
The status of the well is to continue and completed logging.
The next plan is evaluate logs?

DEVELOPMENT WELLS

South Pamusian 2005-1
South Pamusian 2005-1 is located in Tarakan Block, Tarakan. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100% through PT MedcoE&P Tarakan.
The status of the well is wireline logs, preliminary log evaluation indicates section has 5meter of oil pay and 4 meters of gas pay. Ran 4 1/2" liner,displace hole with fresh water and preparing to riggling down.
The next plan is testing by the rig service.

Kaji Semoga (TS) 2006-06
Kaji Semoga (KS TS) 2006-06 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100%through PT Medco E&P Rimau.
The operation is? completed cementing 7" casing, N/U x'mast tree,rigging down and drilling rig released.
The next plan is completion by the rig service. ?

Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006-08
Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006-08 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. Theoperator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 95%through PT Medco E&P Rimau.Spudded in well, drilled 17?? hole, set 133/8" casing at 220', Drilling 12 1/4" hole to 2673'MD/2675TVD.
The status of the well now is completed running 9 5/8" casing to 2665'and drilled ahead with 8 ?? bit to 2766', cut core #1 interval 2766' - 2795',recovery 27' (95%), drilled 81/2" hole to 2816', cut core #2 interval 2816'- 2818' had losses during coring followed by core bbl stuck; back off corestring, POOH w/ core bbl, set cement plug.
The next plan is to drill ahead to TD, non wireline logs and evaluate.

Kaji Semoga (KS) 2005-27
Kaji Semoga (KS) 2005-27 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operatoris PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 95% through PTMedco E&P Rimau.
Continue drilling ahead with 8 ?? bit to final TD of 3330'MD/3067'TVD,ranwireline logs by EPI,preliminary log evaluation indicates Tellsa Sands has 54'gross pay, Baturaja 93' gross pay ang Talang Akar has 56' of gross oil pay.Condition hole with bit, run 7" casing, N/U x'mast tree and rig released.
