EXPLORATION / APPRAISAL WELLS

Gesang-1
Gesang-1 is located in Merangin Block, Jambi. The operator is PT Medco E&PMerangin. Medco?s shared in this block is 41% through PT Medco E&PMerangin.
The status of the well is continuing shut in.
The next plan is continue testing.

Anyelir-1
Anyelir-1 is located in South Sumatera Extension Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100%through PT Medco E&P Indonesia.
The status of the well waiting for service rig to complete the well.
The next plan is testing.

Fariz-3
Fariz-3 is located in South Sumatera Extension Block, South Sumatera The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 100% through PT Medco E&P Indonesia.
The status of the well is continue shut in well for pressure build up, whileevaluate drawdown test results.
The next plan is terminate test, suspend the well as oil/gas well.

Resik-1
Resik-1 is located in Tuban Block, East Java. The operator is Petrochina International. Medco?s shared in this block is 25% through PT Medco E&PTuban.
The status of the well was ran 7" liner, shoe set at 9239', run CBL/VDL log. Perforated interval 8900 - 8902', set packer at 8850', failed to establish circulation through 7" lner, suspected the formation leaked off. Released packer. Rigging up Elnusa wireline logging.
The next plan is continue testing.

DEVELOPMENT WELLS

South Pamusian 2005-1
South Pamusian 2005-1 is located in Tarakan Block, Tarakan. The operator is PT MedcoE&P Tarakan.
The status of the well is rigging down and drilling rig released.
The next plan is testing by the rig service.

Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006-08
Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006-08 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco?s shared in this block is 95% through PT Medco E&P Rimau.
The status of the well now is driled out cement, drilling sidetracking the well with 8 1/2" bit to TD of 3033', had losses during drilling 8 i/2" hole to TD, decided to cancel running wireline logs. Run 7" casing while combating losses, cemented and observe well for losses. Last losses record 0.034 bbls per minute.
The next plan is N/U x'mast tree, rigging down and release drilling rig.

Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006-11
Kaji Water Flood (KWF) 2006 - 11 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. medco's shared in this block is 95 % through PT Medco E&P Rimau.
After spudding the well, drilling 17 1/2" hole, set 13 3/8" casing to 128', followed by drilling 12 1/2" hole and set 9 5/8" casing at 1426'. Drilling then continued with 8 1/2" bit to 2685'MD/2877"TVD. Curent operation is drilling 8 1/2" note.
The next plan is continue drilling 8 1/2" hole t TD, run wireline and evaluate logs.

Kaji Tellsa (KS TS) 2006-10
Kaji Tellsa (KS TS) 2006 - 10 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. medco's shared in this block is 95 % through PT Medco E&P Rimau. spudded well, set 13 3/8" casing at 128', drilled 12 1/2" hole and run 9 5/8" casing to 1256.
The status of the well is drilling 8 1/2" hole with partial losses observed to TD.
The next plan is continue drilling to TD, run and evaluate logs.

Kaji Tellsa (KS TS) 2006 - 10 is located in Rimau Block, South Sumatera. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. medco's shared in this block is 95 % through PT Medco E&P Rimau. spudded well, set 13 3/8" casing at 128', drilled 12 1/2" hole and run 9 5/8" casing to 1256.
The status of the well is drilling 8 1/2" hole with partial losses observed to TD.
The next plan is continue drilling to TD, run and evaluate logs.

SOKA D - 6 (SOKA 2006 - 02)
Soka D-6? (Soka 2006 - 02) is located in South Sumatera Extension Block, South Sumatra. The operator is PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Medco's shared in this block is 100% through PT Medco E&P Indonesia.
Spudded in well, drilled 17 1/2" hole, run 13 3/8" casing to 225', drilled 12 1/4" hole, run wireline logs, preliminary log evaluation indicates the Middle Palembang sands had 13' gross of oil pay, run 9 5/8" casing, shoe set at 1783'. The operation at report time is drilling ahead wit 8 1/2" bit to 3114'MD/3043"TVD in baturaja Limestone.
The next plan is to continue drilling to TD, run and evaluate logs. (end of release)
