MedcoEnergi gets $150m from BNI

IDX-listed energy firm PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk announced on Tuesday the signing of a 5-year loan agreement amounting to US$150 million from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI).
Although the Loan Facility is not immediately withdrawn, it wilt be available for utilization for 24 months after signing.
The company plans to use the this Loan Facility to refinance its maturing loans, as well as to finance its working capital and operational needs.(godang/giok)
