ANNOUNCEMENT
1st PETROLEUM BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2012
Directorate General of Oil and Gas (MIGAS) releases 19 acreages for tender in the 1st Petroleum Bidding Round Year 2012, and hereby invites interested companies with sufficient financial and technical capabilities to participate in the regular tender and direct proposal tender.
Followings are 5 blocks being offered in regular tender mechanism:
1. West Pelikan Block, offshore West Natuna
2. East Sokang Block, offshore East Natuna
3. South Sampang Block, onshore/offshore East Java
4. Offshore South East Mangkalihat Block, offshore East Kalimantan
5. East Aru Block, offshore Maluku
Additionally, based on the Joint study which has been done between MIGAS and several companies, 14 blocks are being offered in the direct proposal tender mechanism, they are:
1. Bireun Sigh Block, onshore Aceb
2. Bohorok Block, onshore North Sumatera
3. Mahato Block, onshore Riau - North Sumatera
4. Bukit Batu Block, onshore Riau
5. South Link Block, onshore Riau-Jambi-West Sumatera
6. Bengkulu l-Mentawai Block, offshore Bengkulu
7. Martin Block, offshore East Natuna
8. Palangkaraya Block, onshore Central Kalimantan
9. Babai Block, onshore Central Kalimantan
10. Telen Block, offshore East Kalimantan
11. East Sepinggan, offshore Makasar Strait
12. Tatihu Block, onshore! offshore Arafura Sea
13. Aru Block, offshore West Papua
14. Udan Emas Block, onshore West Papua
Interested companies are invited to participate and access Bid Document (one Bid Document correspond to I (one) block) issued by MIGAS.
Accessing for regular tender?s Bid Document shall be made not later than July 25, 2012, whereas accessing for direct proposal tender?s Bid Document shall be made not later than May 11, 2012.
Interested companies which consider being qualified and capable as required in this tender qualification and intend to participate in the tender shall submit their Participating Document on July 26, 2012 (for regular tender) and on May 14, 2012 (for direct proposal tender) between: 09:30-14:30 hours to this following address:
