MEMR: Announcement 1st petroleum bidding round year 2013

ANNOUNCEMENT
1st PETROLEUM BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2013
Directorate General of Oil and Gas (pursuant to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources? Decree No.715.K/13/DJM.E/2013 dated August 21, 2013) releases 18 acreages for tender in the 1st Petroleum Bidding Round Year 2013,and hereby invites interested companies with sufficient financial and technical capabilities to participate in the regular tender and direct proposal tender.
Followings are 2 blocks being offered in regular tender mechanism:
1. East Senogapatam Block, offshore Nusa Tenggara Ttmur
2. East Abadi Block, offshore Maluku
Additionally, based on the joint study which has been done between MIGAS and several companies, 16 blocks are being offered in the direct proposal tender mechanism, they are:
1. Palmerah Baru Block, onshore Sumatra Selatan & Jambi
2. Sakti Block, offshore Jawa Tengah & Jawa Timur
3. North Madura II Block, offshore Jawa Timur
4. North East Madura VI Block, offshore Jawa Timur
5. Anugerah Block, offshore Jawa Timur
6. East Bontang Block, onshore -offshore Kalimantan Timur
7. North Adang Block, offshore Makasar Strait
8. South Sulawesi I Block, offshore Sulawesi Barat & Selatan
9. South Sulawesi It Block, offshore Sulawesi Selatan
10. South East Sulawesi I Block, offshore Sulawesi Tenggara & Tengah
11. South East Sulawesi II, offshore Sulawesi Tenggara
12. West Abadi Block, offshore Maluku
13. Yamdena Block, offshore Maluku
14. South Aru Block, offshore Maluku
15. Bird?s Head Block, offshore Papua Barat
16. Merauke Block, onshore Papua
Interested companies are invited to participate and access Bid Document (one Bid Document correspond to 1 (one) block) issued by MIGAS. Accessing for regular tender?s Bid Document shall be made starting from September 16, 2013 and will be closed on January 23, 2014, whereas accessing for direct proposal tender?s Bid Document shall be made starting from September 16, 2013 and will be closed on October 30, 2013.
Companies which consider being qualified and capable as required in this tender qualification, and intend to participate in the tender shall submit their Participating Document on January 27, 2014 (for regular tender) and on October 31, 2013 (for direct proposal tender) between: 09:30-14:30 hours to this following address:
