ANNOUNCEMENT
1st UNCONVENTIONAL OIL AND GAS BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2013
Directorate General of Oil and Gas (MIGAS) releases 2 new working acreages for direct proposal tender in the 1st Unconventional Oil and Gas Bidding Round 2013, and hereby invites interested companies with financial and technical capabilities to participate in the tender.
Based on joint studies which have been done between MIGAS and seven companies, 2 blocks being offered by direct proposal tender are as follow:
1. MNK Kisaran Block, North Sumatera & Riau
2. MNK West Tanjung Block, West Kalimantan
Interested companies are invited to access Bid Document (one Bid Document correspond to one block) issued by MIGAS and must follow the procedures, terms and conditions stated in the Bid Documents. Bid Documents accesses will start on December 16th 2013
Interested companies which are considered being qualified and capable as required in this tender qualification and intend to participate in the tender shall submit their Participating Document for Direct Proposal Tender not later than January 30th 2014 between: 09.30 AM - 02.30 PM hours to this following address:
