MEMR issues new decree on revenue split from oil, gas, geothermal, mining resources

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has issued Ministerial Decree No.3296 K/80/MEM/2013 on the second amendment of Ministerial Decree No. 3124 K/80/MEM/2012 on producing regions and the basis of calculation of the producing regions? split of revenue from natural resources including oil and natural gas, geothermal, coal, and mineral mining for the year of 2013.
According to the copy of the decree, obtained by Petromindo.com Tuesday, it was signed by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik on September 13, 2013.
