MEMR, Minister of Transmigration sign MOU on renewable energy

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik and Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Muhaimin Iskandar signed on Thursday a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on new renewable energy and energy conservation in transmigration areas.

During the occasion, both ministers also witnessed the signing of MOU by both Director General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Rida Mulyana and Director General of Oversight and Development of Transmigration Area and Community Roosari Tyas Wardani.

The MOU aims to synergize the efforts of both ministries in developing new, renewable energy and energy conservation in transmigration areas. It ultimately aims to improve the welfare of people in transmigration areas.
