MGM sees flat production in 2009

Central Kalimantan coal mining firm Marunda Grahaminerals (MGM) will produce 1.5 million tonnes this year, similar to last year?s production, Marketing Manager Jacky Dharyasa said on Wednesday.

Jacky said the company has yet determined next year?s target.

MGM, which is located in North Barito regency, produces semi-soft coking coal and sell its entire production to export market. The company transports its coal for about 780 kilometers to coal port Indonesia Bulk Terminal (IBT) in South Kalimantan.(denny)
